If you already own a property then you are liable to recieve up to 50% mortgage on the additional property. If it is your first property or you will sell your existing property, and therefore the new property will be your only property you are liable to receive up to 70-75% mortgage.
If you live abroad you can receive up to a 50% mortgage. Also the department employs a multi-lingual international service to carry out the process efficiently and conveniently for foreign clients.

We work with the leading mortaging department in Israel, which offers an interest of 4%. In order to apply for a mortgage one must submit the three previous months of salary as well as three months income and expenses. Mortgages must be a maximum of one third of your monthly income.
